The house is about 28 sq.m. and is located in the Agios Nikolaos area of Artemida Town, just 300 meters from the beach.
It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, as well as a small sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small oven, stove, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water. Additionally, there is a shared washing machine and dryer in the outdoor storage room.
Enjoy your coffee or lunch on the large veranda, which is covered and sheltered from the sun and rain. The accommodation also features a beautiful garden.
You may park your car either on the street right outside the accommodation or within the property’s private outdoor area.
Accommodates up to 2 people (including infants). Pets are not allowded.
Please note: We have a cat and a dog who are very friendly to guests and often roam around the common areas. They do not bite and have never shown hostility.

Can you arrange our transport?
We can arrange your transfer upon request. Please provide us with a contact number so the driver can reach you via Viber or WhatsApp. For airport transfers, we’ll also need your flight number
Where can I park my car?
You may park your car either on the street right outside the accommodation or within the property’s private outdoor area
Do you have a baby cot?
Unfortunately, there isn’t enough space inside the house to accommodate a baby cot
Is the water drinkable?
Yes, the tap water is safe to drink
Can I throw the paper into the toilet?
Please do not dispose of paper in the toilet to avoid clogging the drain. Thank you for your understanding
Can I take the bathroom towels to the beach?
Taking items such as pillows, blankets, or towels from the accommodation is not permitted. Beach towels are provided. If you cannot locate them, please feel free to contact us
Can we extent check-in or check-out time?
Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you plan to check out early, so our cleaning team can prepare the accommodation promptly. If you need an earlier check-in or a late check-out, kindly contact us before your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability
Do you offer storage service?
We do not offer luggage storage service. However, you can leave your bags a few hours before check-in or after check-out, during the time the accommodation is unoccupied. Please make sure to contact us in advance, before your arrival day
Where do I leave the key when I check out?
Please return the key to the locker box, securely close it, and reset the code
Pets are allowed?
Pets are not permitted. However, service dogs are always welcome free of charge
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is only permitted on the balconies and in the courtyard area. This policy applies to both traditional tobacco cigarettes and e-cigarettes. The use of cannabis, marijuana, or any other illegal substances is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property
Which are the common quiet hours?
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 Summer period, the period from April 1 to September 30 is considered Winter period, the period from October 1 to March 31 is considered
Can I have visitors during my stay?
You may have up to 2 visitors during your stay. Please notify the host when your visitors arrive. Visitors are not allowed after 9:00 PM. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times
Parties are allowed?
We have a strict no-party policy on the property. Parties, loud disturbances, and any form of noise nuisance are not allowed or tolerated. Registered guests are responsible for all their visitors. Non-registered visitors are permitted only until 9:00 PM. If more people than those listed on the guest registration form are found after 9:00 PM, the stay will be considered a party, and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund
I forgot something into the property! Can you send it to me?
Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the host will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause
