Can you arrange our transport?
Yes, we can arrange your transfer upon your request. Please provide us with a contact number so the driver can reach you through Viber or WhatsApp
Where can I park my car?
You can park on the street right outside the studio. Parking is free and secure
Do you have a baby cot?
Baby cot can be provided to a child under 2 years old upon request. There is a charge of €10 per day
Is the water drinkable?
Yes, it is perfectly safe for drinking
Can I throw the paper into the toilet?
Please avoid flushing paper down the toilet to prevent clogging the drain
Can I take the bathroom towels to the beach?
Taking items from the accommodation’s inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) is not permitted. If you need beach towels, please contact us before your arrival day
Can we extent check-in or check-out time?
Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you plan an early check-out so that housekeeping can prepare the accommodation promptly. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, kindly contact us before your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability
Do you offer storage service?
There is no dedicated storage service, but you may leave your luggage for a few hours either before check-in or after check-out, during the time the accommodation is unoccupied. Please contact us in advance, before your arrival, to arrange this
Where do I leave the key when I check out?
Please return the key to the locker box, securely close it, and change the code
Pets are allowed?
Pets are not allowded
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard area. This includes both regular tobacco cigarettes and e-cigarettes. The use of cannabis, marijuana, or any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited
Which are the common quiet hours?
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 Summer period, the period from April 1 to September 30 is considered Winter period, the period from October 1 to March 31 is considered
Can I have visitors during my stay?
You may have up to 2 visitors during your stay. Please notify the host when your visitors arrive. Visitors are not allowed after 9:00 PM. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times
Parties are allowed?
We enforce a no in-property party policy. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 21:00. If found with more “people” not listed on the guest registration form after 21:00, your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premise without refund
I forgot something into the property! Can you send it to me?
Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the host will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause
