No, it is not permitted to remove items such as pillows, blankets, or towels from the accommodation. Beach towels are provided, and if you cannot locate them, please feel free to contact us

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you plan to check out early, so our cleaning team can prepare the accommodation promptly. If you need an earlier check-in or a late check-out, kindly contact us before your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability

There is no dedicated luggage storage service, but you may leave your luggage at the accommodation a few hours before check-in or after check-out, during the times the property is unoccupied. Please contact us in advance, before your arrival day, to arrange this

Please return the key to the locker box, securely close it, and change the code

Pets are not permitted. However, service dogs are always welcome free of charge

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is permitted only on the balconies and in the backyard area. This policy applies to both traditional tobacco cigarettes and e-cigarettes. The use of cannabis, marijuana, or any other illegal substances is strictly forbidden

During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 Summer period, the period from April 1 to September 30 is considered Winter period, the period from October 1 to March 31 is considered

You may have a maximum of two visitors during your stay. Please notify the host when your visitors arrive. Visitors are not allowed after 9:00 PM. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times

We strictly enforce a no-party policy on the property. Parties, loud disturbances, and any form of noise nuisance are not allowed or tolerated. The registered guest(s) are responsible for all visitors. Non-registered visitors are only permitted until 9:00 PM. If more people than those listed on the registration form are found on the premises after 9:00 PM, it will be considered a party. In such cases, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund

Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the host will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause
