The Apartment
Garden Luxury Apartment is a bright and inviting ground-floor home, thoughtfully designed with step-free access—ideal for guests with mobility needs. At 67 square meters, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a wealth of modern amenities.
Bedroom: Features a king-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a spacious wardrobe, blackout blinds, and a window overlooking the peaceful garden. A playpen can be added for guests traveling with a baby.
Living Room: Includes two beds (0.90m x 2.00m) with anatomical mattresses and a sofa bed (1.10m x 1.92m), which convert into a stylish sitting area. A 37-inch smart TV with internet access and a dedicated work desk with high-speed internet (up to 50 Mbps) make this space functional and cozy.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out, the kitchen offers ample counter space—ideal for preparing meals for groups of up to five.
Bathroom: Features a walk-in shower, washing machine, and a wide marble countertop for your toiletries.

Guest Access
A secure, covered parking spot is available directly in front of the apartment. Access from the parking area into the apartment is completely step-free. While the garden courtyard has a small step, there’s a terrace area with level access, allowing guests to enjoy the view and fresh air without navigating stairs.
