The house features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan kitchen-living room. The large corner sofa in the living room can be converted into two single beds.
Outside, you’ll find a front terrace with a cozy seating area, a rear terrace with a dining table for five overlooking the garden and pool, sun loungers by the pool, outdoor children’s play equipment in the garden, and a private open parking space in the yard.
THE AREA
Just 300 meters from the house is a lovely square with a large playground, and only 50 meters away there is a mini market for your basic shopping needs.
Within 11 km, you’ll find the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest retail park in Greece), and Attiki Odos motorway.
The Marathon tumulus is 18 km away, and the archaeological site of Vravrona is 11 km from the house.

Can you arrange our transport?
Yes, we can arrange your transfer upon request. Please provide us with a contact number so the driver can reach you via Viber or WhatsApp. For airport transfers, we will also need your flight number
Where can I park my car?
There is a private open parking space inside the yard. Additionally, there is plenty of free and safe parking available right across from the property
Do you have a baby cot?
Baby cot can be provided to a child upon request
Is the water drinkable?
Yes, the water is safe to drink
Can I throw the paper into the toilet?
Please avoid throwing paper into the toilet, as it may cause the drain to clog. Use the bin provided instead
Can I take the bathroom towels to the beach or to the swimming pool?
Items from the accommodation inventory (such as pillows, blankets, and towels) are not allowed to be taken outside or used in the yard or swimming pool area
Can we extent check-in or check-out time?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you plan to check out early, please let us know so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly. Should you need an early check-in or a late check-out, kindly contact us before your arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability
Do you offer storage service?
There is no dedicated luggage storage service, but you may leave your luggage at the property a few hours before check-in or after check-out, as long as the accommodation is unoccupied at that time. Please make sure to contact us in advance, prior to your arrival day, to confirm availability
Where do I leave the key when I check out?
Kindly return the key to the locker box, securely close it, and reset the code
Pets are allowed?
Pets are not permitted. However, service dogs are always welcome free of charge
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies and in the courtyard area. This applies to regular tobacco cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Cannabis, marijuana, and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property
Which are the common quiet hours?
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 Summer period, the period from April 1 to September 30 is considered Winter period, the period from October 1 to March 31 is considered
Can I have visitors during my stay?
Visitors are not allowded
Parties are allowed?
We have a strict no-party policy on the property. Parties, loud disturbances, or any noise nuisances are not allowed or tolerated. If it will be considered a party, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund
I forgot something into the property! Can you send it to me?
Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the host will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause
